To Change an Associated Design to an Attached Design
The Attach command is used to change an associated design to an attached design. If you have associated other designs with the work request, they will remain linked to the work request until you manually disassociate them or you submit the work request for construction.
- From the list of work requests in the My Work view, select the associated design that you want to change to an attached design. Make sure the folder of the work request is expanded to show the associated design.
- From the Actions menu, choose Attach.
- Or right-click the design, point to Actions on the shortcut menu, and then click Attach. Note: You can also perform these steps when working in the My Designs view.
